What is 'Home Computer Repair'?

So often, when a computer breaks, who has the time in their busy schedule to take it apart and haul it to some "hole-in-the-wall" computer repair shop, or who has the time to sit on hold waiting for customer service to try and help you?

Well, I've got the solution for you. Me. What I will do is come to you. I will come to your home and work on your computer right there. No fuss. By coming to you, I will prevent you from having to remove all the wires from your computer, put it all in the car, take it to the repair shop, wait for a call back, then have to do the whole process in reverse to get it back to your home.

What does "Repair. Upgrade. Advice." mean?

It means exactly that. They are the three things I intend on doing when I work with you.

	Repair	I will fix your computer, both hardware and software. If you need a replacement part, I will advise you of that. If your software doesn't work, I will fix it.
	Upgrade	Technology grows at an alarming rate. To keep up with the computer pace, I will discuss upgrade possibilities for your computer, both for hardware and software.
	Advice	Not only do I want to fix your computer, I want to teach you how to best care for it. I will show you basic steps you can do to care for your computer to reduce the risks of virus infection, hardware failure, and software conflicts.
